Today, the Group has fully integrated its product range: from the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard with its specific printing process (offset, flexographic and digital) to the high quality converting of paper and solid cardboard. The whole product range is FSC® certified. Behind these outstanding performances there is a top level prototyping and deeply experienced industrial design.

The punnets category, both in solid and corrugated cardboard, is an increasingly requested sustainable packaging solution. They are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes, with handles, lids, thus offering the opportunity of packing different varieties of fruits and vegetables for any kind of application. The punnets are 100% recyclable and made even with recycled paper in the core to achieve a more eco-sustainable solution, easier to dispose of. Paper and cardboard used for converting process are always FSC®  Certified and sourced with the highest quality standards.

Cardboard trays are a completion of the punnets category as they are available both in natural neutral color and in white (printable) version. An absolute plus, in terms of branding, is the opportunity to print with up to 10 colors transforming the tray into a powerful  communication tool. The printing is flexographic and uses high quality inks certified for food contact, definitely safe in terms of high quality migration, still guaranteeing a clear and high definition final result.

The CartonShell®, is the fluted cardboard alternative to the well-known Clamshell (usually made in rPET by CARTONPACK Group). This patented model, in addition to having a strong resistance to humidity and particular characteristics of structural strength, could be perfectly applied to automated packaging processes in filling and closing standard lines. CartonShell® is perfectly stackable and it is suitable for the size of IFCO standard boxes.The materials used are cardboard and cellophane film that make it completely disposable in the paper bin as it would be made up of 100% cellulosic material.

The carry basket category is a specific standard for some fruits or vegetables categories. The “grab & go” concept makes these packaging a real teaser for any consumer.
