THE SELECTION PROCESS AT A GLANCE
1. Application: fill in the online form to apply, providing all the helpful information.
2. First screening and initial interviews: if your application has passed the pre-selection stage, you will be contacted for a first telephone call to verify that you have the basic requirements for the job position. In the event of a positive outcome, you will attend a first interview to verify your skills. At this stage we would like to understand how you’ve been using your skills in your previous main work experiences and how you usually manage your tasks and challenges at work.
3. Final interviews: passed the pre-selection stage, you will face the interviews with the hiring managers and eventually with the function managers, in which strengths, motivations, technical skills and compatibility will be evaluated with respect to corporate culture and the required role.
4. Offer: if you have passed all the selection stages, you will receive a job proposal to become part of our big family.
