SMILESYS

It is an adhesive label pre-applied on the film reels that, through a special cutting system, allows to open and reclose the pack more than 20 times.

The main functions are to achieve an easier opening of the pack, to reclose it for take away, and to preserve the food freshness.

SMILE2LITE

This patented resealable top film is suitable for any thermoforming or thermosealing machine, supplied in reel and ready to use. It can also be used on different materials such as PET, PE, OPP. It can be used in modified atmosphere and the product safety can be guaranteed by tamper-proof.

SMILE2GREEN

Green Lite is the reel-ready resealable top-film suitable for direct sealing on eco-sustainable materials such as paper, cardboard or pulp. Its main purpose is sustainability, as it is recyclable and peelable very easily from the tray at the end of use.

The reclosure guarantees better maintenance of product’s freshness. Depending on the needs, this film can be also macro or laser perforated.

SMILE2STRIP

Is the reel-ready resealable strip suitable for applications as bags, envelopes, vertical or horizontal flow-pack. SMILE2STRIP applies to eco-sustainable materials such as paper, cardboard, cellulose or over a very low thickness plastic film .

The main plus is the reduction of plastic use to achieve the same performance of a resealable film or a zip-lock system. The application guarantees better maintenance of product’s freshness, easier and repeated consumption, easier storage while multiple consumption.

PAPERSYS

Is the top eco-sustainable solution for flow-pack using materials such as paper or plastic.

Its main purpose is sustainability, as it is fully recyclable and peelable in a very easy way from the tray at the end of use. Papersys can be provided with a window made of cellophane, RPET, PP, Cellulose, MaterBi for an easier product inspection.
